Migraine headaches
Migraine headaches, migraine
symptoms, treatment and home remedies.
Migraine headaches occur mostly
between the ages of 15 to 55. People above 55 hardly seem to have Migraine headaches. The link between hormones and migraine
headaches is obvious (and is researched). Women in the child-bearing age suffer more migraines especially when becoming older
compared to men. Women have and incredible amount of fluctuating hormones compared to men. A friend of mine Eric Nightingale
said that women change their hormones in a month period as much as men do in a lifetime. I do not know if it is true but it
looks like it.
Migraine symptoms: Dull ache
above the eyes and forehead and, temples. Sensitivity to light. Nauseated. Unable to do daily functions. Increase after the
age of 35 due to hormone changes. Other factors that can play a role are:
Related to weather changes.
Dehydration makes the pain worse.
Stress increases the migraine headaches.
Migraine headaches and intolerance
for food are related.
Unable to eliminate enough and or constipated.
